Last month my sister, brother in-law and my two nephews came to visit us from California, this was the first time in 9 years that I’ve seen them so I was excited and since it was there first time in the Philippines I wanted them to taste all the Filipino food they could.
We waited till our last meal together to visit Balay Sa Busay because I wanted them to leave the Philippines on a happy note. Balay Sa Busay was the perfect place to be because not only is their food delicious but you get an amazing view over looking the city.
Although my family lives in San Diego where there’s plenty of Filipinos and Filipino food, nothing compares to having Filipino food in the Philippines. I tried to give them as much Filipino dishes as possible while they were here and guess what… out of all the Filipino places and dishes they tried they all agreed that there favorite place was Balay Sa Busay!
